I am an Information Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, and IT Administrator with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and 9+ years leading academic and enterprise IT operations, including ERP-backed workflows, implementation support, and data governance.
I analyze systems, improve data processes, and maintain reliability across Windows and Linux using Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, domain and DNS operations, and structured automation, with a focus on documentation and data accuracy.
Most recently I ran production and application support for a live coaching platform at Anchor Coaching: triaging incidents, protecting booking and payment data integrity, administering access and mail infrastructure, and writing the 127+ documentation chapters its four user types depend on. Alongside that I reviewed rubric and test quality for AI training data at Outlier. Both run on the same foundation as my systems work: verify the data, document the system, make it repeatable.
